Schedule is Monday-Friday alternating 8am-5pm PST and 10am-7pm PST AND every other Saturday 8am-12pm PST.
Hourly pay (depends on experience) PLUS uncapped monthly bonuses!

Seeking candidates who possess at least 2 years of debt collections or 2 years of healthcare call center.
GENERAL SUMMARY
Collects accounts receivable for major hospital clientele. Places and receives outbound and inbound telephone calls and accurately documents all information pertaining to client’s account utilizing PC based collection system and call center auto dialer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collects accounts in a professional and consistent manner.
- Operates a PC, telephone, and basic collection system programs.
- Accurately and timely documents/inputs all telephone conversations.
- Performs skip tracing.
- Maintains compliance with FDCPA, FCRA, and HIPAA.
- Adheres to all state and federal regulations regarding collection procedures.
- Follows policies and procedures to maintain workflow standards.
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, & ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Is organized and has good oral and written communications skills.
- Possesses professional telephone demeanor and appearance.
- Interacts successfully with all levels of management.
- Responds positively to direction and supervision.
- Demonstrates the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work patiently in occasionally stressful situations.
- Physical ability to sit at a workstation for 2 hours without interruption.
- Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must successfully pass a criminal history screening.

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
