TikTok Ecommerce’s Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality. As the leader of Fraud & Loss, you will be responsible for leading a regional team that leverages machine learning, data analytic and operational processes to ensure the integrity of the ecommerce ecosystem and protect the platform from fraud losses.
What You’ll Do
- Be responsible for the operation of international e-commerce governance engine products, including internal risk control platform, decision engine and debug platform, as well as external business talent violation center, appeal center, rights and interests center, etc
- Be responsible for planning and building the product operation system of the governance engine and building a global product operation team
- Establish monitoring index system, conduct data traction, sort out GTM system and process, and improve product penetration and satisfaction
- Formulate the cooperation system between product, RD team and local/regional/global operation teams, converge and filter the product problems feedback by operators, merchants and experts, output effective solutions and improve product capabilities
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- At least 3 years of relevant operation or product experience in e-commerce
- Strong logical thinking, good communication skills and a self-driven mindset
- Good organizational and collaboration skills; result-oriented ownership
