TIBCO Software Looking for Associate Finance Operations Analyst at Remote

As the Finance Systems Analyst on the Corporate Operations team you’ll be responsible for supporting the smooth operation and function of various systems. The Financial Planning and Analysis team, Executives, and other Finance teams, rely on us for timely and accurate budgeting, forecasting and reporting of financial data and financial statements. You will join a friendly, cooperative and diligent team that will provide mentorship for you to grow in this role from administration duties to understanding how all facets of the company operate so you can apply that knowledge to model and design systems that improve the overall operating effectiveness of the Finance organization.

What You’ll Do

• Blend corporate finance, FP&A and accounting knowledge with technical information systems skills

• Maintain and administer various FP&A and finance related systems

• Ensure timely and uninterrupted flow of monthly forecasting and reporting activities from accounting close to forecast review

• Design and build financial and data models that increase visibility and structure of financial data

• Understand user’s needs and provide support or training on best practices

• Research, identify and troubleshoot discrepancies within and across systems and datasets

Who You Are

• 2 years of relatable experience

• Analytically orientated and self motivated in seeking and solving problems

• Curious and willing to learn new systems and looking to develop a career with financial systems

• Able to handle complexity and take ownership of new challenges

• Advanced in Excel techniques to automate spreadsheets and continuously improve processes

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or Information Technology or a related degree
