Job Description:
The IT Technician is responsible for troubleshooting and repair of computer systems throughout the Eureka and Brook Casino’s.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for prompt and courteous assistance to all employee-owners.
- Setup and install PC hardware/software, network applications, and related services.
- Design and implement IT networks.
- Maintain networking devices such as server, routers, printers,.
- Troubleshoot and resolve PC hardware/software, printers, and network related problems.
- Develop and maintain IT service documents.
- Ensure the network system and computers have the appropriate data back-ups.
- Ensure all demonstration and instructional equipment are functioning correctly.
- Ensures that all employee and management requests are completed in a timely manner.
- Provide first level support for end user problems/issues .
- All other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
