We’re looking for a Digital Experience Coordinator to join our dynamic fast-paced Marketing team. This role will focus on digital experience operations, projects and initiatives, including but not limited to website and app quality assurance and project coordination, supporting the creation of digital experiences, processes and content that generates engagement and will be a key contributor to the success of our rapidly growing business via our website and app. Day-to-day responsibilities include persistent follow up, strong organizational and project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Weekly QA of content and end to end customer experience, focusing on key site and app flows
  • Responsible for confirming accuracy of website and app experiences and content, including UX, copy, imagery, promotions, AB test experiments and linking strategies
  • Assist in the day-to-day website and app operations, business requirements, prioritization and implementation of digital features, functionality, campaigns, content updates, bug fixes and online testing
  • Support the development of short and long-term digital features, functionality, business user guides and SOPs from concept to delivery
  • Attend meetings with key stakeholders, as needed, to help support tracking operational and project milestones, addressing blockers, hitting deadlines, improving customer experience and driving sales
  • Proactively identify operational and customer experience opportunities, suggesting solutions
  • Participate in weekly team meetings with cross-functional partners, communicating project statuses or business results and following up on actions to drive business growth
  • Partner and work closely with cross-functional team members, including our Marketing, Technology, Analytics, Creative, Customer Care and Legal teams
  • Assists with weekly + adhoc analysis of site + app performance measurement
  • Assists with digital experience projects as needed and performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, with 2 years of relevant experience in digital preferred
  • Self-starter who can identify opportunities and take immediate action
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities with tight deadlines
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and projects
  • Ability to work independently on advanced projects with little oversight
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, time management, communication and problem-solving skills
  • A sense of humor and passion for making people smile
