Position Description
As a Logistics Analyst you will be expected to independently complete tasking received from Project Managers, Senior Logisticians, and other contract management personnel. Support activities will include inventory management and reporting, including Government Furnished Property (GFP), equipment Limited Technical Inspections (LTI) and movement and management including setup and tear-down activities at remote test and demonstration sites.
Responsibilities
- Accurately and consistently conduct and report equipment inventory including corporate, contract, and government assets.
- Plan and track equipment and supply assets shipments including updates to applicable databases, trackers, and status reports.
- Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers, and managers to successfully complete procurement tasking while maintaining directed costs and schedules.
- Prepare accurate reports for management and staff.
- Organize transportation activities to include storage of equipment, information and data management, and timely updates to data repositories, databases, and reports.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy, quality, consistently, and professionalism.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma with 3-5 years of experience
- Proven experience as a logistician, logistics coordinator, warehouse operations, or other directly related experience.
- Must be fluent with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams and Outlook.
Desired Qualifications & Certifications
- Defense Acquisition University (DAU)
- ACQ 1010 – Fundamentals of Systems Acquisition Management
- LOG 100 – Life Cycle Logistics Fundamentals
Education and Experience
- Sufficient experience in an equipment management, warehouse, shipping & receiving, or other directly related logistics related work history.
Security Clearance Requirements
This position requires an active SECRET security clearance.
Travel Requirements
None. No relocation.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $58,000.00 – $62,000.00 per year
