We are looking for reservations clerk for our rental check-in reception desk at the premier vacation destination of Seapointe Village. This role includes performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a reservation clerk, you will be the first point of contact for our company, welcoming vacationing guest and homeowners. The duties include checking guests in and out for their vacation rentals and offering administrative support as needed. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including preparing and distributing rental packets and redirecting phone calls. This role requires working weekends and holidays, so flexibility is a plus. Ultimately, our reservations clerks responsibilities are to ensure the front desks welcomes guests positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Assists guests with vacation check in and check out for their vacations.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role, a plus, will train.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Outstanding customer service skills required
  • High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
