Description:

Seeking a highly personable, sales savvy and detail-oriented Sales Development Associate for a full-time role with our sales team to keep up with our rapid growth. You will help individuals and businesses repair and strengthen their online reputations by fielding inbound sales inquiries, researching and closing prospective clients. This role is almost entirely remote, requiring occasional travel for promotional trade shows.

Our clients come in all shapes, sizes and market caps so there is no ‘one size fits all’ solution. Your knowledge of outside sales, customer relationship management, closing and your communication skills will change people’s lives.

Compensation:

  • Starting at $35k USD base salary with the opportunity to earn up to $100k including commission earning
  • Benefits include health insurance (for US based employees) and 10 vacation days per year

Duties:

  • Field inbound sales inquiries and use our database of inbound and researched prospects to close deals
  • Respond to any inbound customer sales and customer service inquiries in a professional, efficient and service-oriented manner requiring a continuous demonstration of high-quality, ethical, consultative selling skills
  • Meet assigned revenue generation objectives through aggressive pipeline creation, demonstrating services capabilities, effectively managing the sales process through closure and disciplined forecasting
  • Participate in and collaborate interdepartmentaly as required to represent the company at marketing events such as trade shows
  • Actively participate in the promotion of new services and releases as requested

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • 3-5 years professional sales experience with demonstrated success in online marketing, advertising, online services and related fields; strong prospecting skills required
  • Reputation management or public relations experience
  • Proven technical knowledge of gmail, CRM Software (Highrise and Copper), Google Search (Advanced Understanding), SEO optimization
  • Strong communication skills, including listening, writing, speaking, presenting and influencing; able to communicate effectively with business leaders, customers, internal stakeholders
  • Advanced ability to forecast sales effectively and generate sales reports, documenting sales activity with detail and understanding, and diligently entering all sales activity into business systems
  • Time management and organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects and manage conflicting priorities
  • Collaboration skills with cross-departmental representatives
  • Quick learner who can master company’s portfolio of product and service offerings

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
