Piper Enterprise Solutions is searching for an IT Manager for a biotech organization in the Philadelphia, PA area.
Responsibilities for IT Manager:
- Manage the support of all technology issues and initiatives
- Oversee multiple, concurrent projects, while also helping to build out the policies and procedures for the IT team
Qualifications for IT Manager:
- 5+ years of progressive experience within a helpdesk, systems admin, or IT support role
- Managed Service Provider (MSP) background and ability to interact with external MSPs
- Expert-level Microsoft and 0365 knowledge and experience
- Powershell experience, scripting and automating system management
- Must be hands-on and willing to help with deployments, fixes, etc. when needed
- Management experience is helpful but not required
- Bachelor’s degree is a bonus, but not required
Compensation/Benefits for IT Manager:
- Primarily onsite, some flex with manager discretion
- $95,000 – $115,000 (depending on experience) + additional
