Full Job Description
This position provides administrative and data analysis support for the membership and national office for an academic association for honors educators. In addition to accounts receivable functions, performs duties such as financial record keeping, coordination of membership database reporting and working on special projects. Also answers non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information. Deals with a diverse group of internal contacts. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize workload, recommend changes in office practices or procedures.

- Types and designs charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc. Responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy and reports for board, auditors and members.
- Assists with budgeting processes between nonprofit committees and contracted accounting firm
- Supports in data analysis of department finances. Activities include: functions of accounts receivable, and travel reimbursement, documenting corporate credit card expenses to corporate finance, as well as creating membership data reports.
Accounts Receivable / Accounts payable- digital software for membership, accounting
Monitor membership rates, payments and trends
Provides reports for budget, membership
Maintains database accuracy
Assist with events for annual conference
Provides initial review of data and reports
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 – $35.00 per hour
