We are currently in search of a Placement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who is highly personable and loves to build relationships. They must be an excellent communicator, they must be organized and have great networking skills.
Responsibilities
- Review basic job descriptions from the intake team
- Ask the family for additional information to complete the job description
- Work with recruiting team to find the best applicants
- Keep families informed on the recruitment process
- Present applicants to clients and coordinate interviews
- Finalize placements and negotiate contracts
- Follow up with clients and nannies and get referrals
- Understand and keep up to date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with HNW individuals
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities
- Creative problem solver
- At least a four-year bachelor’s degree
- Previous years of experience working remotely is a plus

You’ll get out what you put in. We are searching for employees with a high capacity and are motivated by a great bonus structure. We give our Placement Specialists a base salary of $52,000 per year with bonuses per each job closed and Health, Dental, Vision Insurance and a generous PTO policy
