Responsibilities
- Be able to work shifts and show up on time
- Set up and stock stations
- Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, slicing meats, or preparing sauces)
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Answer, report and follow instructions from supervisors
- Clean up station/s
- Stock and Re-stock stations
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with recipes, procedures, sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Can maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Ability to problem solve
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Has the ability to have accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Studies Menu, understands basic ingredients
- Can work within a “Team Environment” and is a “Team Player”
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour
