We are looking for a Senior Continuous Improvement (CI) Engineer who will have the opportunity to implement key fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma manufacturing to assess, audit and evaluate current processes within assigned factories and facilities to identify potential gaps and/or waste, and implement effective change to eliminate waste, maximize value, reduce variation, etc. This is achieved through close partnerships with all internal teams related to production, business processes and/or services for Marvin’s facilities and factories.
We know you will make a difference here, so we’ll provide all the ways you can grow professionally and personally. Our extensive benefits package is built around your wellbeing and starts on day one. You will also receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus and $5,000 for relocation costs.

A CHANGE AGENT WITH EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION. You approach each project and your internal customers with the understanding that change requires trust and partnership. You communicate in a clear, respectful, and persuasive way to lead to buy-in and positive outcomes with your CI initiatives.
AN ANALYTICAL PROBLEM SOLVER. Although you can jump into problem solving mode quickly because you are never satisfied with the status quo, you seek to understand first before suggesting a solution. You seek to gather data and information to prioritize issues and how to best approach them.
A COLLABORATIVE LEAN SIX SIGMA PRACTITIONER. As a seasoned practitioner in leading Lean Manufacturing CI initiatives, you understand what it takes to successfully implement change- you’ve learned from every project you’ve been on.
