Ready to create a Legacy?
Reporting to the VP of Operations, this individual will be contributing to implementing field service management software to our partners, with the goal of expanding to new partners as well. This is a new department that will operate as a startup within a startup – we’ll drive results by creating implementation processes, learning every step of the way, and creating a scalable machine to ensure each partner is successful. Everybody will have a voice at the table to ensure that we’re optimizing for results and not following a regimented hierarchy of titles. We’re looking for somebody that is passionate, accountable, curious, resourceful, and data-driven.
As our Implementation Lead, you will:
- Guide your partners from sign-up to success & serve as the single point of contact during a partner’s onboarding/implementation process
- Help get new partners onto the field management software platform effectively while ensuring a seamless and enjoyable customer experience
- Help to develop and inform the implementation process for new partners, your input will help inform our implementation playbooks for each market we tackle
- Coordinate and/or implement your customers’ data migrations, initial trainings, and third-party integrations
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure that the appropriate expectations are set with the customer and that we are constantly sharing any relevant insights
- Establish quality working relationships with partners & coach your customers on product and industry best practices
- Company first mentality, which includes giving constructive and direct feedback to team members
- Travel to meet and assist our partners
We hope that you’ll bring:
- 1-3 years’ experience in a SaaS implementation role or related field
- At least 2+ years of relevant experience preferred or Home Service industry knowledge and experience
- Exceptional project management skills: Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple moving pieces at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Familiarity with SaaS business models a plus
- Experience working with contractors or in the home services field is highly desirable
- Results and solution-oriented – we want to know how we can win, not why we can’t
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
