Greenbox Capital is looking for a Senior-Level Finance and Business Operations Leader with a strong finance background who has robust data management, MS Excel, strategy, and people skills. This role works with the CEO and executes the company strategy with oversight over many departments and influences credit decision policy, pricing strategy, and works with financial analysts and data scientists to improve credit decisioning while managing and organizing. You will be responsible for metrics including but not limited to capital efficiency, assets under management growth, earnings, and ensuring the business is productive and well-coordinated by managing procedures and leading and developing our people. This candidate is interested and committed to introspective growth, being coached, humble, and disciplined. This candidate is looking to have a career path into CFO.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of Asset Servicing, Accounting, Collections
- Develop team, increase efficiency and output, ensuring each role has effective KPI and is measured to get the max productivity to ensure company bottom line is maximized
- Ensuring communication channels are maintained from entry level employees up to executive management
- Capital management, pricing strategy, company budget and operating model
- Key business models to help inform business decisions and credit policy
- Modeling scenarios that come up to make key business decisions
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience within Financial Services, Wealth Management, M&A or relevant experience in strategy/management consulting
- Has experience working with cashflows and IRR
- Excellent financial modeling skills
- Advanced Power BI or Tableau
- Growth Mindset, Humble, and Emotionally Mature
- Excellent with people, problem solving, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent intuition and judgment
Preferred:
- Intermediate or better at writing SQL queries
- Graduate of a Top 10 MBA Program
- CFA
- Working experience from a top tier management consulting firm and a fast pace high growth company in a director or higher role

Pay: $150,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
