Job Summary
Global fast growing European based Internet of Things (IoT) Technology Company, is seeking a IT Support Specialist reporting to our Director Global Deployment & Infrastructure in our Rotterdam, the Netherlands office,. The candidate can work remotely, but preferred be in the Rotterdam area, or our US headquarters in Sarasota FL.
The ideal candidate should be detail oriented, possess strong process and organization skills, a quick learner, a good multi-tasker and multiple hat wearer, and have a strong work ethic. Because of our unprecedented growth, we are expanding our Customer Service team, and we are seeking a candidate with IT support for customers using our cloud based platform.
Requirements:
5+ years previous in IT support, service desk, Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus. We are seeking career driven candidates with a passion for innovation to become a key team member and help us grow.
What you will do:
- Diagnose and solve IT related issues
- Build & run reports/queries from our GT Central system
- Develop and maintain M&R support systems (Service Parts, Warranty, RMA)
- Support field & customer service with IT/server/GUI related issues
- Support our testing facility with IT/server/GUI related issues
- Work closely with GT’s Global IT team
- Setup and manage customer user access to our platforms & systems
Requirements
Preferred skills / experiences
- Zoho’s web-based business solution
- Jira ticketing system
- * WooCommerce / WordPress
- Grafana or similar data visualization tools for Big Data / Analytics

- Kubernetes management tools such as Rancher
- React, React-Native or similar UI web-based component libraries
- Core understanding of Cloud-based IaaS and PaaS providers and platforms (AWS preferred)
- Datadog or a similar monitoring and analytics tool.
- Supply chain and/or telematics domain knowledge

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $43,000.00 – $47,000.00 per year
