EPAX 3D is looking for a 3D Printer Sales/Marketing Assistant. Duties include helping on running social media ads, newsletters, answering sales inquiries emails, chatting with sales inquiries, developing new customers via actively helping current and future customers in our Facebook groups, chats, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube etc.. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, very good at social medias and be able to learn 3D printing and printer hardware (we provide 3D printing training here).

Responsibilities

  • Keep good communication with our distributors all over the world. Update them with new products or prices. Promote sales. Develop new distributors and channels and follow up with key distributors/accounts/resellers/partners inside USA and international.
  • Be able to promote in Social medias and push sales. Create newsletters. Making promotional flyers. Be able to launch new products/releases and make press release efficiently. Typically when a new release is about to come out, we will need to create Newsletter, make announcement post in our Facebook groups, contact key customers and distributors for review and evaluation, create attractive pre-release video and promote in any other channels possible to help sales.
  • Take good care of our Facebook groups and chats. Actively engage in our Facebook group, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and Reddit. Help customers actively. You MUST be able to learn 3d printers in order to help customers efficiently. On job training provided. Required to print something occasionally on our lab 3D printers to gain some basic knowledge.
  • Associate degree or equivalent required. Any previous interest or experience in internet sales with social medias are welcome.
  • Be able to multi-task. Be able to keep good communication with colleagues.
  • You will work closely and assist Executive on above initiatives.

Requirements

  • Associate degree required.
  • A great personality with strong listening and communication skills are crucial.
  • Excellent customer follow-up, attention to detail, strong organization, and efficient multi-task time management skills are required.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay

COVID-19 considerations:
Our business is online focused with pretty much no visitors to our office. In office we provide masks, gloves and hand sanitizers.
