We are currently seeking a CPA to join our growing team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the costs of the company’s inventory operations

Electric Bike Company was established in 2014 and strives to provide the best custom-built electric beach cruisers in the world by using global materials and local USA electric bike builders and engineers using high quality parts.

Job Title: Accountant/CPA

Account/CPA Responsibilities:

• Monitor transactions
• Update general ledgers
• Gather and analyze data
• Perform audits and assessments
• Produce regular inventory reports
• Assist in Executing the company’s financial strategy.
• Manage financial controls and accounting procedures.
• Ensure full transparency over the company’s financial performance.
• Provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs.
• Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner.
• Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained.
• Support the CEO with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans.
• Maintain speed and accuracy of billings and client payments.
• Coordinate and produce all tax documentation as required.

Accounting Assistant Director Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Experience supervising inventory counts, inputting inventory data, evaluating reports, checking discrepancies and presenting findings.
• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Dynamics SL financial reporting software
• Exceptional communication skills
• Results-focused, strategic thinker and planner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70K – $75K DOE
