About the role:
The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing and optimizing all sales and marketing efforts across the entire organization. The Sales & Marketing Manager will promote company products and services through SEO and a series of complex channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things sales and marketing, be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and understand how the internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue.
What you’ll do:
Set and execute on all sales and marketing strategies across all brands
- Develop new sales channels and membership accounts
- Build and maintain deep relationships with internal and external partners in order to grow our footprint
- Increase collaboration efforts and identify opportunities for further growth and promotion (including account management)
- Closely collaborate with Operations team in order to ensure customer needs are being fulfilled and expectations exceeded
- Actively lead all SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.) as well as OTT
- Set up and run ongoing Sales training camps for internal continuing education
- Partner with internal clients to identify internal branding strategies for the company, including the development and promotion of a cohesive brand identity across multiple platforms for internal and external partners (LinkedIn, job boards/ATS, promotional and company events, etc.)
- Lead efforts related to content marketing and brand management
- Develop Sales and Marketing KPIs related to departmental performance
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
- Various ad hoc projects and duties as assigned
What you’ll have:
- Proven experience in B2C Sales or similar role, preferably in the beauty or health & wellness industry
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) + OTT
- Command of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
