Craft Massachusetts is currently looking to add Customer Service Representative’s to the team! This position is a great start to your career in the beverage industry. Customer Sale’s Representative’s will learn from only the best about the beverage industry in and out. They will collaborate with our sales team while providing top notch service to our customers. CSR’s will assist with maximizing customer satisfaction and assisting the sales department in its daily operations.
- The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday. Monday -Thursday hours are 10 AM – 7 PM, and Friday hours are 8 AM – 5 PM with the work arrangement in our Everett, MA office location. The pay for this position is $24/hr.
Essential Job Functions:
- Deliver notable customer service to all accounts
- Handle and process incoming calls for orders of our beer, wine, and spirits portfolio
- Take orders off voicemail and follow-up with customers to verify orders
- Handle and follow-up on questions and problems as they relate to deliveries, orders, invoices, etc. for both the Craft Massachusetts sales team and retail customers
- Enter pre-order/special orders as needed and communicate with all stakeholders (Customers, Sales representatives, Brand managers, etc.)
- Manage auto processing of orders, correct errors as needed
- Daily review of sales department’s order edit sheets
- Account maintenance of the Sales database (setting up new accounts, deleting accounts, adjustments, etc.)
- Attend sales meetings to keep informed of programs and portfolio
- Maintain adequate supply of all necessary forms for the sales departments
- All other duties assigned

What We Are Looking For:
- High School diploma
- Previous customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Multi-tasking skills and an ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to collaborate as a team, as well as working independently
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
- Technically savvy with the ability to learn new software and programs
