OPERATIONS MANAGER
Calysto is a (fully remote) boutique PR agency focused on AI, IoT, mobile, wireless and telecom. We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team.

- Do you have 10+ years of experience working in a law firm or PR agency?
As a Part Time Operations Manager at Calysto you will join an experienced group of work from home PR professionals. You will report directly into the CEO and will work closely with our finance department.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administrative set up on systems for clients o Box (intranet file-based storage) o Replicon (time tracking system) o Meltwater (media coverage tracking and media list development)
- Administrative set up on systems for employees and contractors
- Setting up email accounts for employees/consultants; create and modify distribution lists
- Vendor relations with all vendors; managing contract negotians and fulfillment of contracts
- Manage HR hiring process, including review of resumes, screening, interviewing and scheduling of interviews for others, negotiating
- Sourcing new vendors
- Assist with various projects within the organization
- Internet research projects
- Other duties assigned by the CEO

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience working in a law firm or agency important
- Advanced proficiency in the use of Office 365, Microsoft Suite and other software programs
- Experience with Box, Replicon and Meltwater meaningful

- Strong Communication– Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing

- Self-Starter- Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Self-motivated and eager to learn new skills
- Confidential– Proven experience maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and demonstrating discernment
