Directly reports to the Vice President of Sales. Works closely with Director of National Accounts and Sales Managers. Maintains close contact with Marketing Managers and sales team.
Creates digital assets such as brand presentations, sales presentations, new product presentations, pricing matrices, etc.
Creates and manages branded RFP responses in coordination with sales team.
Assists in product and image curation for responses.
Works with marketing and design teams to secure relevant imagery and language.
Ensures all presentations and assets are on brand and follow current style guides.
Assists in other graphic projects as required.
Computer knowledge for both MAC and PC environments.
Basic knowledge of graphic design fundamentals.
Must be proficient in basic design programs including Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
Writing and proofing skills are also required as are communication skills (written and verbal) and administrative skills.
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is authorized to take any reasonable action necessary to carry out the responsibilities assigned. These actions must be in accordance with the Bernhardt Policy Manual and other established policies and practices and subject to general or specific authority limitations as established by the President.
