Sales Associates are the front line of support and direct connection between the products offered and the customers. Main goal of this role is to deliver sales and hit productivity targets while building customer relationships through exceptional customer service.
Provide face to face customer support with product selection, purchasing, and/or refunding.
Explain all necessary product information to customers when needed.
Handle all store products with the utmost care and respect.
Always complete transactions in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain eye contact and use professional language when providing helpful, sincere assistance to customers.
Respond to customer questions and complaints in a polite and courteous way.
Contact the Manager on Duty when it is appropriate.
Become familiar with store layout to be able to correctly direct customers to products, services, and facilities when needed.
Assist management with all team merchandising activities, including inventory management, presentation quantities, promotions, etc.
Work within a team environment to accomplish sales and service targets.
Ensure the retail store and all associated spaces maintain a neat, organized, dust and hazard free environment.
Attend company meetings when necessary, regarding trainings, product knowledge, company policies, health and safety, etc.

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED
At least 1 year of sales, customer service, or cashiering experience in a retail environment.
Prior experience and proficiency working with a POS register/system.
Ability to work any shift inside hours of operation (6am-12am), Monday – Sunday, and able to work overtime hours when necessary.
Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
Must have a positive attitude with and have the ability to work with a team-first mentality.
Must be a motivated self-starter with proven organizational skills.
Must maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance when in uniform.
NICE TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience working with luxury brands in a boutique retail environment.
Ability to speak a secondary language is beneficial, but not required.
