Job Description:

What do we do in restoration?

Water removal, Fire, Mold, and Construction for commercial and residential properties.

Example:

Residential: A customer has a disaster that takes place in their home, for example. A water heat leak, or toilet overflow.

Commercial Property: Pipe burst in a place of business.

Phase1 Water removal: Our field staff go into their home and/or place of business and demolition the area, such as pull up carpet, cut dry wall at about 24 inches from the floor, take out anything within that area so we can dry. There are rules on when to do certain things, so they are supervised, and directed.

Phase 2 Rebuild: Put things back. We have met with the insurance company/adjustor prior to this phase and the customer has picked out new flooring, carpet etc. So, we go in and rebuild the room back to its pre- flooded state.

We bill insurance directly, unless they are not covered.

Overview:

Working as a marketing executive is all about strategy, planning, organization, administration and communication. You’ll will be working as part of a dynamic marketing team, so it’s all about getting your heads together, understanding the market, organizing your material, and being a resource for your customers.

Responsibilities:

  • create awareness of and develop the brand you’re marketing
  • communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
  • help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
  • support the marketing manager in delivering agreed activities
  • work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts
  • write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns
  • produce creative content, including videos and blog posts
  • run social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement
  • organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
  • source and secure sponsorship
  • arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials
  • maintain and update customer databases
  • conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
  • develop relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external.

Working hours:

Working hours are generally 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. However, you may need to work some evenings or weekends when organizing or attending events or when working on a big marketing campaign.

Education:

High School Diploma at minimum

Sales experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
