Supply Chain Support Coordinator- Wicked Foods, INC (WFI)

The Supply Chain Support Coordinator will execute various vital operational functions in order to ensure on-time delivery of our unique and exceptional plant-based food products to the United States market and, as needed, global markets. Responsibilities include but are not limited to order entry, order track and trace, freight cost management, inventory management, aging inventory reporting, allocations and other responsibilities as required. Wicked Foods, Inc is a courageous brand dedicated to bringing exceptional shelf-stable, frozen and refrigerated plant-based food products to as many consumers as possible. Any position with WFI will require tenacity, flexibility, teamwork, creativity, problem solving, exceptional customer and partner relations, unapologetic commitment to quality, and a desire to find solutions regardless of the opportunity or challenge. The SC Support Coordinator will work directly with the Logistics Manager and VP of Supply Chain.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Order entry processing to inventory on-hand in a fast-paced environment with perishable products
  • Manage customer expectations on deliveries and ensuring expectations that are aligned are consistently met
  • Deploy inventory to or 3PL E-Commerce fulfillment center and ensuring that inventory available is available for E-Comm orders
  • Review order patterns and quantities versus our standards and evolving customer order levels
  • Review of aging inventory and placing product below shelf-life expectations on-hold, working with sales to sell this inventory through discount channels
  • Maintenance of ordering systems and inventory management systems, including ERP and/or EDI systems
  • Management of cost control measures and performance reviews of shipping, warehousing and logistics providers
  • Working in solution-focused cooperation with internal and external partners including Co-Manufacturers, Shipping, Logistics, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, Federal and State offices both domestic and as needed, international.
  • Other responsibilities as needed based on a growing, teamwork oriented, hands-on company and structure.

Required Skills include but are not limited to:

  • 5+ years food product ordering, including adherence to budgets
  • 5+ years logistics, warehousing and inventory management
  • 5+ years utilizing ERP systems, Netsuite experience preferred
  • Highly driven individual who seeks to continuously improve business operations proactively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, Email, and internal and external software systems as needed
  • Comprehensive understanding of food product handling including but not limited to food safety temperature controls, warehousing and shipping.
  • Excellent teamwork and partnership skills
  • Travel as required and valid driver’s license necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year

Experience:
