FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently looking for a full-time On-site Sales Representative for Westminster Village Kentuckiana. Focused on selling to Independent apartments and ALF Services. This is a senior retirement community that provides Independent, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing and Rehab. This is a full-time, entry mid-level Sales/Leasing position.
Competitive salary depending on experience.
TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Sales Representative is responsible for meeting occupancy and census goals by effectively handling of inquiries, initial contact and follow-up, converting leads into move-ins and admission.
When not able to respond immediately, responds to inquiries within a half hour to 2-hour maximum timeframe.
Respond to all inquiries in a professional manner utilizing proven sales techniques and strategies.
Documents and maintains an accurate accounting of each inquiry and follow-up interaction details in CRM (MoveN).
Schedules sales appointments, establishes a work schedule most responsive to the needs of the resident and family members.
Consistently monitors apartment inventory, focusing on selling move-in ready units and communicating timely apartment turn needs to maintenance.
Ability to commute/relocate:
Clarksville 47129 Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Responds to request for information and brochures in a timely manner.
Interacts with others by developing and maintaining rapport, demonstrating interpersonal sensitivity toward others to establish a relationship and continue the sales process.
Conducts tours to prospective residents and/or family members.
Recommends solutions that match customer needs; overcomes objections by demonstrating benefits to customers and negotiating a mutually beneficial outcome.
Coordinate and utilize multiple follow-up strategies in the relationship development sales process to ensure high conversion ratio.
Maintains appropriate and timely follow-up with all assigned leads in database.
Sends reports as required or requested in a timely manner.
Stays abreast of Fair Housing Law, AL and SNF regulations, as applicable to the position and Community.
Follows HIPPA Rules and Regulations and Values and Expectations, upon hire and reviewed annually.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Must possess ability to plan, create, organize and effectively present facility image to staff/community groups, agencies and prospects and their families.
Must possess the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
