Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing incoming customer inquiries relating to orders, product information, troubleshooting, and warranty issues. The best candidate for this position will have strong customer support or customer service experience, be customer-focused, and excel in a face-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the first point of contact for customer inquiries for all available forums; phone, text, email, chat, et cetera.
  • Work toward first call resolution on questions, quotes, and orders.
  • Resolve questions about product specifics, troubleshooting, pricing, and orders, et cetera.
  • Facilitate design and custom requests.
  • Generate quotes and provide dealer information to customers.
  • Listen to customer concerns and complaints with the goal of identifying the cause(s) of the problem.
  • Accurately enter orders through ERP system
  • Organize returns; document, check-in, categorize and process RMA’s.
  • Follow up with customers on outstanding orders, delays, RMA’s.
  • Collaborate with other departments to maximize a consistent experience for the customer including accurate bids, order status, and problem resolution.
  • Create and maintain reports, documentation, and training material as directed by company leadership.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Ability to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess strong data entry skills – detailed and accurate
  • Possess excellent listening skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Proficiency in EPICOR (training provided)

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or data entry preferred
  • On-the-job training provided
  • Pay Range $35360-$37440 per year

Location

  • The Customer Service Specialist will work from our Englewood offices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
