What will you be doing as a C Suite Sales and Marketing Support Administrator?

Your our responsibilities would include:

  • 1:1 support to the CEO and President.
  • Engage with Board members and investors on behalf of the CEO and president
  • Email management – You find the thrill in getting the inbox down to zero emails, and would prepare replies for review
  • Social media management – Manage, organize and schedule posts on social media
  • Conduct Marketing Research.
  • Document maintenance/management – Creating, analyzing and reporting on sales and marketing data, analytics and projections.
  • Provide updates to different departments regarding changes in CEO availability as directed.
  • Proactively remind the CEO of events on the calendar and take the initiative to ensure they’re prepared with the right documents and information for upcoming meetings and appointments
  • Be the go-to person for all CEO-related inquiries.
  • Prepare weekly expense reports for submission and prepare quarterly reports as needed
  • Develop priorities and coordinate supporting activities of executives.
  • Some personal assistance where necessary – sending out gifts, appointment setting for doctor, dentists, etc)
  • Coordinate all travel (
  • Development sales and marketing reports and presentations
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, complex reports
  • Manage complex administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment and initiative.
  • Take minutes during meetings.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
  • Have organized CEO scheduling, inbox, note-taking, 1-1 meetings, and company-wide meetings

What are we looking for in the Executive Assistant?

  • You have excelled as a right hand to C-suite Sales and Marketing executives with 5+ years of experience working in a fast-moving and/or rapidly scaling organization.
  • Extremely proactive – you’re able to anticipate needs of those you work with before they are
  • Comfort with use and integration of social media technology platforms/
  • High aptitude for strategy.
  • Able to build relationships with many different personalities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset who consistently adds value to the organization.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Time management skills – be able to prioritize where time is best spent not only for themselves but for the executive they are working with.
  • All the little things really matter – extremely detail oriented, must have an eye for even the tiniest details.
  • Wildly organized and highly proactive.
  • Flexible with availability to work outside of core business hours when necessary.
  • Get along easily with teams and people from each department, proactive and able to be on top of tasks, diligent and articulate.
  • Ability to work remotely with 25% domestic and international travel as requested.
  • Marketing and Sales support is required.
