Vaco
Contract, Infrastructure Project Manager, 3 days onsite in Nashville (TN), $75/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to established schedules and budgetary guidelines.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, finance, and external vendors, to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and optimize resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Present project updates to senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Infrastructure Project Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in utilizing project management software and collaboration platforms.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- PMP certification or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable.

- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
