Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.
Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Previous perm staff must be gone for 2 years before they are eligible to return in a traveler capacity. No exceptions.
Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.
Guaranteed Hours 40
Call M-F 5 p.m. to 7 a.m. Saturday and Sunday 24 hours
Client scans all general and ob/gyn and they do not have to do vascular studies. Client would like to have someone who is well rounded with OB, general and procedures if possible.
Completion of a C.A.H.E.P. accredited training program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
Registered by the ARDMS or ARRT with certification in one specialty (AB, OB/Gyn, PS, RVT)
ARRT certification in Radiology
