Trauma Institute
The intake coordinator answers phone calls from clients and helps them through the therapy intake process. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the phone, is patient, and is compassionate.
This is a very busy position. The employee must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task. Microsoft Office 365 and electronic health record experience is strongly preferred. Social media and/or outreach experience would be a plus.
40 hours/week. Working remotely will be considered.
