SUMMARY OF JOB:
Applying excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, including the ability to anticipate business needs, the Sales & Marketing Coordinator provides exemplary support to all sales team members, ultimately being a strong contributor to the achievement of company goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, and in order of importance:
- Prepares and processes all program announcements to all business stakeholders within required deadlines.
- Process, track, and assist with *delivery of trade sample requests to recipients. (*communicate details of shipment via email and phone)
- Coordinate and maintain accurate and current database of state-by state pricing on all skus.
- Manage, update, and communicate database programs, price book, intranet supplier & distributor contact files and national average pricing.
- Manage, update, and communicate vintage changes in Salesforce
- Investigate and resolve pricing and out of stock discrepancies with suppliers and distributors in a timely fashion.
- Manage the birthday e-greeting process (scheduled via Paperless Post) to recpients.
- Act as a primary customer resource for calls, e-mails, and voice mails in the sales office.
- Complete any projects assigned by President including but not limited to weekly and monthly reports, data entry, and any other sales support
- Other duties may be assigned or changed to meet business needs

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
