The Kafafian Group, Inc. (“TKG”) has an opportunity for a Consultant at our Bethlehem,
Pennsylvania headquarters with the opportunity to work remotely. In this critical role, you will be responsible for analytical support in our strategic planning, process/profit improvement, management advisory, and financial advisory lines of business in support of our vision to help financial institutions perform better by making informed strategic and tactical decisions. This position is also responsible for supporting our other lines of business that support financial institutions, including performance measurement, and other duties as assigned. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Desired Skills & Experience
Top candidates will possess the following:
Bachelor’s Degree, with a preference for Business, Finance and/or Accounting.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access), along with business writing and presentation development skills
Confident, positive interpersonal and oral communication skills
Financial institution experience a plus
Good mathematical and analytical skills
Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks
Excellent attention to detail and a desire to learn
Ability to work both in our office in Bethlehem, PA and independently in a work from home environment
Ability to travel occasionally
