Our client is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner to perform In-Home Annual Health Risk Assessments on enrolled Medicare Advantage members.

Highlights:
- make your own hours (open to enter between 8 am to 8 pm all 7 days of the week)
- only 10 hours per week required (or 40 hours per month) but can work up to 40+ hours per week
- work in the county(ies)/state of choice (position open in many counties nationwide)
- no shows compensated at half the per assessment rate
- no covid vax required
- all PPE & equipment provided
- malpractice liability insurance covered
- W2 (or corp to corp) ongoing contract position – paid weekly
- Direct Hire (no interview necessary)
- paid live virtual training course
- no prescribing nor phlebotomy
- pay rate: $90- $105 per patient assessment; $45-$52.50 per no show
Responsibilities:
- head-to-toe physical examination; mental health screening; review medications; review medical history
- 4 tests to complete (as needed): monofilament; urine dipstick; a1c hemoglobin fingerprick; and/or foot exam (all equipment to perform provided)
- 14-17 pages of templated charting via EMR (sent to provided in house collaborator)

Qualifications & Requirements:
- at least 6 months experience as an NP (outside of clinical hours)
- ANCC and/or AANP certification
- Family; Adu Geriatric NP certification.(acute care NP’s accepted in certain states)*
- active BLS certification
