Since we only promote from within, we are expanding and hiring for Entry Level positions to be trained for upcoming management roles within our sales and marketing team.
We believe in no seniority, so all individuals that are hired will begin in the same level. Promotions are given based on the individual’s performance not their resume. We are more impressed with what people do within the company, rather than what they have done in the past.
QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma
- 2 or 4 year degree in Business, Marketing, Politics, Media, Communication, History, or English (preferred but not required)
- 1-5 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience
ABOUT US:
The Connecticut Team is a sales and marketing firm hired by nationwide corporations to act a mediator between the clients’ professional services and their account holders. We work to acquire and retain business clients in order to increase market share. We expect to acquire 2 new clients and expand to 4 new locations in 2022. As the company continues to grow and adds more responsibilities, there are more and more management roles that need to be filled.
To prepare for the expansion and the upcoming management roles, we are hiring individuals to be trained in all areas of the company beginning with training in client acquisition, retention, and sales negotiation, expanding to public speaking, human resources, marketing management, finance management and leadership training.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to travel to current and potential clients and suppliers.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Effective communicator both written and verbally.
- Ability to work in team environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques preferred.

Pay: $900.00 – $1,300.00 per week
