The Bee Corp is a benefit corporation based in Indianapolis, IN that applies data analytics to beekeeping. Our mission is to empower growers and beekeepers by delivering insights into beehive health. The Bee Corp pursues this mission by offering growers infrared inspection technology to measure pollination value and drive decisions to protect yield.
Position Summary:
The Bee Corp is looking for an Associate Project Manager to work with the Director of Operations on managing partnerships, coordinating product distribution logistics, and inventory management. Beekeeping, data science, and infrared knowledge are not required. Candidate should be self-motivated, able to work independently and on teams, manage time and priorities across multiple projects, and communicate complex ideas with other employees. This job will be fully remote, though travel for occasional site visits and product demos is a requirement.
Position Responsibilities:
· Meet with clients to collect details and specific requirements of each project
· Determine scope and objectives of projects and keep stakeholders informed
· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
· Track project performance and progress on short and long-term goals
· Refine and manage current inventory management system
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or associates degree in project management, Business Administration, or related field
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timelines
· Experience in project management preferred
· Experience and interest working for a startup is preferred

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
