Our SaaS offering allows our clients to make their marketing and customer service practices more efficient and cost effective leading to higher customer acquisition and retention. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Grow software sales and services revenue by proactively engaging potential clients in existing and new target markets.
  • Research, develop and execute outbound sales campaigns focused on generating prospects in our target markets.
  • Identify and follow up with prospects to qualify and convert leads to sales opportunities.
  • Interact directly with prospects to understand their business requirements, pain points and position the value of Textellent solutions and services.
  • Identify and engage the necessary internal and external resources to develop opportunities, effectively position our value proposition, manage solution trials to success and execute the sales campaign.
  • Deliver online and on-site presentations and demonstrations tailored to each prospects business needs.
  • Provide timely feedback regarding unmet customer requirements, feature enhancement requests, insights into competitive offerings and potential for new products and services.
  • Develop and deliver activity reports with weekly work plans, monthly, quarterly and annual territory analyses.
  • Update CRM system and maintain pipeline reports and forecasts.
  • Represent Textellent with integrity by building and maintaining trustworthy business relationships.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Successful B2B inside sales experience selling to businesses who ultimately serve/sell products to consumers for at least 2 years is required
  • Experience with “solutions selling” is required
  • Excellent communications (written and verbal), and presentation skills
  • Customer focused consultative sales aptitude with an adaptable and versatile approach to finding solutions.
  • Ability to credibly engage with senior level business executives and business owners
  • Must be a self-starter who is disciplined and can work alone or with a team
  • Knowledge/experience of franchise business models is desirable but not required.
  • Experience in selling technology services to businesses with longer sales cycle is desirable but not required.
  • Some travel (under 15%) will be required – some trade show attendance and large client meetings may be needed

COMPENSATION:

  • $50,000 to $65,000 Base
  • Plus, Commission of additional $30,000 to $50,000 per year

JOB TYPE: Full Time

ON TARGET EARNINGS (OTE): $80,000 to $115,000 per year

Pay: $80,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
