Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail oriented Customer Service Representative with great phone skills and a positive attitude! You should also have the time-management and organizational skills necessary to effectively manage multiple expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
- Answer incoming customer inquiries and log all correspondence in CRM system
- Support Sales Team with administrative duties and follow up on expired customer quotes
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Other duties as requested
Requirements
- At least 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, high-volume call center
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Experience working with a CRM
- Proficient in PC and PC applications to perform their work tasks
- Self-motivated and driven
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center
