TCW is a southeastern transportation, warehousing and logistics company that has been in business since 1948. Additionally, TCW have decades of intermodal experience in international and domestic drayage, terminals located in multiple States and a fleet of both owner operators and company drivers.
We are currently in need of a full-time Operations Admin in our Intermodal Carrier location in Spartanburg, SC. Day shift hours, Mon-Friday.

Responsibilities for Operations Admin:
– Assist with operations
– Update driver dispatch as needed
– Assist drivers with equipment breakdowns
– Enter new orders into the system
– Follow billing procedures
– Inspect shipping documents for accuracy
– Scan completed documents into system
– Ability to effectively interface with drivers and customers
– Answer phones in a timely manner – Perform other duties as needed
Requirements for Operations Admin:
– Must have Transportation Experience
– Dispatch experience a plus
– Ability to perform tasks without supervision
– Strong communication skills
– D.O.T. knowledge a plus
– Associates degree preferred
– Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
