Picking and transporting all seed to specified area is identified accurately and checked against production order.

Accountabilities
- Work in conditioning, treating packaging, or other areas to meet facility needs
- Picking and transporting vegetables seeds to specified area according to production orders
- Fill all orders per production order instruction
- Ensure all clean-downs and changeovers are done correctly to eliminate any product mixture
- Assist in harvest and seed washing/drying activities during harvest season
- Strict adherence to HSE protocols and all corporate policies and processes
- Physical inventory and seed return operations
- Assist with treater-dryer and seed counter line as needed
- Engage with management for order room operation
- Daily forklift operations
- Ship orders Fedex and Ups
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Must be able and willing to be forklift certified, required
- Must have a valid, good standing driver’s license
- Individual must be authorized to work in the United States for Syngenta without work authorization sponsorship now or in the future
- Basic Computer skills needed (treat room, seed counter, ups and FedEx
- Ability to work in cold, hot, and dusty conditions; work with seed treatment
- Ability to be on your feet for a majority of the day; frequent standing and walking including climbing stairs and ladders; frequent bending and stooping
- Able to wear applicable PPE
- Ability to lift 55 lbs or more
