Garcia House location, part of the Acute Care services, is a state of the art, 24/7 residential treatment program for individuals experiencing substance use and mental health disorders. The Garcia House Clinical Program Supervisor will be a member of a multidisciplinary leadership team. This role will be administratively and clinically supervising the clinical team including therapists, case managers and behavior health technicians, as well as providing treatment services to Garcia House clients. An ability to be flexible in carrying out diverse job duties is essential to this role.

Experiences and Background We Look For

  • Required: LAC and Mental Health licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in good standing in Colorado. 1-3 years of relevant experience in the SUD field. 1-3 years of supervisory experience in the SUD field. Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field from accredited behavioral health college or university. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening for all federally illegal substances, including THC.
  • Preferred: Bilingual and Bi-cultural. Strong understanding of SUD treatment and knowledge of withdrawal management processes; willingness to learn

Wage Ranges

The typical hiring range is $73,339.64 to $91,782.55 annually based on relevant qualifications and experience.

Note these rates do reflect the 20% pay differentials earned by employees working at the Acute Care locations.

Employees may be eligible for additional pay based on evening, night, weekend or holiday worked.
