Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service consistent with our brand and values.
- Engage applicants by assisting them through program offerings, financing plan and employer partnership details.
- Achieve quantitative measures as laid out in the Performance Management goals.
- Managing prospective learner and learner data in PeopleSoft.
- Coordinating and sending emails to applicants about the admissions process.
- Follow-up with calls, email, text, and chat.
- Partnering with Enrollment Counselors and Enrollment Services Supervisors on learner follow-up strategy
- Other administrative tasks to be assigned.

Work Experience:
- 1+ years of previous professional SALES experience is preferred, preferably in one of the following fields of interest:
- Consultative inside sales of a complex or intangible product offering
- Higher education admissions
- Recruiting
- Financial Services – Mortgage/Real Estate
- Educational or training-industry sales
- Referral-based sales roles
- Fund-raising for non-profit organizations
- Retail sales of high-end solutions which require in-depth customer interaction
- Displayed track record of advanced performance and ability to meet objectives
Education:
- BA/BS in relevant field preferred; commensurate experience can substitute the education preference.
Certificates, licenses and registrations:
- N/A

- Must be able to travel 0% of time.
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
- Typical office setting.
- Mobility within the office including movement from floor to floor.
- Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant
