As a Product Owner in the SWX Basic Software Organization at Stellantis, the candidate will be responsible for driving the teams those develop platform services needed for application running on the target platforms for various domains like SAE Level 2, 3 automated driving features, In-vehicle Infotainment, and next generation vehicle architectures.
The primary duties will include setting up the product vision, creating the product backlog, setting up the priorities, driving the team, participating in technical discussions, and helping create requirements and architecture for the platform services by following the SOA principles. The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of modern safety critical electronic control units embedded software development and possess an interest in state-of-the-art automated driving compute platforms and emerging computational technologies.

Basic Qualifications:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related degree field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing embedded software preferably in middleware with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
- Proficient in software development using C or C++ or Java languages
- Proficient in software development in QNX and Linux environments.
- Able to translate signal-based design into service-oriented design
- Knowledge of communication protocols like CAN and Ethernet
- Knowledge of tools such as: Github, Davinci Adaptive, build systems like C-make or Bazel build and Conon
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master of Science Degree in Engineering
