We are seeking technology game changers to lead the digital transformation to this new world of automotive technology with a focus on the customer experience. The Technical Operations Lead will be responsible for advancing the ‘state of the art’ of Stellantis Platform (Architecture and Development) Operations. The selected candidate will work closely with all areas of operations within SWE – Architecture, BSW development, Dev Ops and Core Applications. The responsible will coach and guide the teams on methodologies and best practices to implement within Global Teams (ex. Test Driven Development, Paired Programming). The individual will be responsible to guide and implement the best operational structure to ensure highly efficient teams.
