ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Handle escalated Help Desk call and inquiries in designated region upon unsatisfactory results at first level
- Research and evaluate current and future trends for IT in the fast food industry
- Develop and manage Field Technician succession planning
- Communicate and explore IT solutions with field staff
- Troubleshoot cost effective solutions for IT support
- Prioritize work load according to daily, weekly, assigned tasks.
- Assist with IT Department Goals and Objectives
- Maintain a high level of Project Management
- Provide support and/or lead multiple projects simultaneously
- Assist in the disaster recovery strategy for all IT applications and data
- Summarize quarterly support trends and enforce established workflow and procedures

- Maintain a high level of knowledge of operating system and application software being used by all systems users
- Troubleshoot PC configuration, hardware replacement, software updates, and wiring termination
- Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair POS equipment and peripherals. Order and replace parts as needed
- Determine and recommend which products and/or services best fit the business’ needs
- Utilize experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Expertise with a variety of tech support concepts, practices, and procedures
- Good communication and administrative skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Help desk: 2 years (Preferred)
- Windows: 3 years (Preferred)
