SPINE is a business-to-business marketing communications agency seeking a part-time (20-30 hours) Office Manager to assist with finances, project management, and daily operations. Ideal candidate is technically savvy, has 4-5 years of business experience, and understands how to support a creative team.
To succeed in this role, you must be financially savvy and able to navigate QuickBooks and project management software with ease. You’ll also need strong leadership and organizational skills, as this position is responsible for helping to enforce office policies and ensure projects stay on track and on budget.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with our vendors including discrepancies, questions and negotiations
- Work alongside our bookkeeper to assist with basic financial duties such as logging expenses, handling receivables, and generating customer invoices
- Prepare daily reports for management indicating budget vs. actual on all projects
- Ensure adherence to office policies
- Provide miscellaneous project support to team members
- Provide administrative support to management
Skills & Experience
- Must be experienced in remote working
- Must be proficient with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with project management software a plus (eg, Trello, Harvest, FunctionPoint)
- Must be organized, analytical, and detail-oriented

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 – $40.00 per hour
