On this unit I get to walk through their diagnosis with them and helping them through that process is very rewarding to me.

The 6 H management team, my manager and supervisor, who I really feel like “have our backs” and I have always been able to trust that they will and are advocating?for me and the nursing staff on 6 Heart

One of the things that keeps me working on 6 Heart is the comradery that we have amongst coworkers.? I know that I have support no matter what kind of day I have each day that I come to work

I stay on this unit due to the staff cohesion; the management (Jackie Biel) and the family feel of the unit.?We also spend a lot of time outside of work and do 2-3 large group events a year which makes it a family feel
