Customer Service/Sales Assistants Needed!

Southwest Acquisitions Team is looking for motivated and charismatic individuals to be cross trained in customer service and sales on behalf of us. This is an internal position and we are looking for someone that can stay with us and learn our systems.
We are a leading provider of in person customer service and sales support in the San Antonio area and have one of the top teams in the community. We pride ourselves on having a team with integrity and purpose.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Answering questions for customers on their services
- Sales support for other team members
- Scheduling sales appointments and customer service presentations
- Meeting with clients face to face
- Fostering relationships with clients
- Updating customer data in Salesforce
- Tracking customer and client information live time in a tablet

Customer service/sales assistants primarily focus on working with customers daily and learning the fundamentals of our customer interactions.
We provide training for the role so no experience is required.
What we look for:
- 2 or 4 year degree in business, marketing, communications, english, liberal arts or some other related field
- No degree is required, with equivalent work experience
- Good to great communication skills
- Outgoing and charismatic
- Fast learner
- Sense of humor
