We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Assembly Team as we are ramping up for our busy season.
In this job you will be assembling products for retail stores at their locations, traveling is required. Items we assemble range anywhere from Grills, Wheelbarrows, Lawn Mowers, Snow Blowers to Furniture items and maybe even a shed or two. This position has opportunities for advancement and long-term employment, or it could be supplemental to your FT job, how can we help you make ends meet in these trying times?
Technicians are paid by the piece, this means, the more you put together the more you can make!
You will be required to have your own Impact screw gun 18v or 12v – Bits – Wrenches and basic tools. Reliable transportation is a must, as you need to drive from location to location & a smart phone is also required as we communicate using an App called Zello which functions like a Walkie Talkie, you will use your phone to check in and out of jobs as well as communicate with other staff members and all our invoices are electronically processed via app. This means it is very important to maintain a functionable smartphone.
We always have constant access to one another, as well as Office staff is available just about any time they are needed. There is no wondering who to go to or how to get ahold of someone. This is a on the road and in the store position with minimal supervision.
No experience? No problem.
We offer hands-on training to ensure every technician can handle any situation they may come across, as well as being equipped with the right knowledge to acquire speed and maintain quality! No mandate requirements, PPE is recommended but not required unless the state or store you are servicing requires it.
