Sharelife Vacations is seeking a service-oriented support specialist to work with various departments in maintaining our systems. Sharelife Vacations is a company driven by a desire to provide unmatched travel options for its members.
Role Summary
As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance to the team members of Sharelife Vacations with their hardware and software support requests, including supporting the Telecommunication System as well as our Microsoft Window Network. We are looking for an individual who can use their analytical and problem-solving skills while providing exceptional internal and external customer service.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot IT-related issues.
- Upon escalation, work with IT Manager to learn further troubleshooting and resolution techniques.
- Recommend modifications to IT Support procedures to enhance the service provided by the department.
- Remain highly organized and detail oriented.
- Maintain a sense of urgency when completing tasks.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum (1) year IT, Computer Science, Information Science, or related degree
- Ability to work in multiple systems, including hardware and software issues concurrently while providing support services
- Proficient computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Science, or related field of study.

Wage
$18 to $22 per hour
